We’ve talked about the biggest and best artists this year in rock music but what about spending a few moments to talk about the very best rock music right now?! This week’s Mediabase chart for active rock music has been released and we’re seeing a whole lot of movement on this week’s chart.

Seven of 10 songs are in new positions this week with the top two songs remaining the same. Ask anyone and they’ll say that “The Sky Is a Neighborhood” and “Rx (Medicate)” are two of the best right now and that’s what the charts are showing. There is one new song to the top 10 and it comes from 10 Years. Their hit is Novacaine. Take a look below for the top 10 hits this week…
