Let’s kick off another work week with your music news headlines…

The Eagles have added more 2018 concert dates to the announced schedule from last week, adding New Orleans, Des Moines, Indianapolis and a few Canadian cities to the list. The tour begins in March in Indy. What makes this tour unique are the dates the Eagles will play with Jimmy Buffett, country star Chris Stapleton, and later in the tour James Taylor.

U2’s ‘Songs of Experience’ LP dropped last Friday, and the album is getting rave reviews. The album is the bands 14th studio project to be released, containing 13 tunes, including the first single on the airwaves now called “You’re the Best Thing About Me.”

Three stars make news this week, as Ringo Starr announced a European 2018 tour schedule this week, Eric Clapton has added his name to the British Summertime outdoor festival July 8, 20018, and Bruce Springsteen who is having great success on Broadway, had extended his stay in New York through the end of June 2018.
