David Cassidy, 70s teen idol, and Keith on the popular television show ‘The Partridge Family’ who died last week of multiple organ failures, will not have a formal funeral in Florida. There will instead a formal remembrance ceremony to be scheduled at a later date.

Wayne Cochran, a former member of the one hit wonder band J. Frank Wilson and the Cavaliers has died at the age of 78. It was thought that this early 50s rocker had a profound influence on Elvis. Wayne was one a member of the Otis Redding Band.

Malcolm Young, a founding member of AC/DC, will be formally laid to rest in Sydney AU tomorrow, friend and family providing the sendoff. Malcolm died last week after a brief battle with dementia. Brother and AC/DC producer George Young died just a few months earlier than Malcolm.
