The World Series is nearly here! In just a few days we’ll be watching some of the best postseason baseball there is and there are multiple stars around Hollywood that are also excited. We saw them congratulate the Dodgers and sing their praises when they clinched their trip to the World Series the other day.
Among those that did so were Ellen DeGeneres, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Nick Jonas, Magic Johnson, William Shatner and Mario Lopez. Of course, Magic Johnson is a co-owner of the team so he’s excited but how about Mario Lopez tweeting out “And here we are… @Dodgers are going to the World Series! I repeat, @Dodgers are going to the World Series!! I’m hyped!!!!!#LA #ThisTeam.”
William Shatner was a little more simple with his tweet saying, “Congratulations @Dodgers !!!” Ellen DeGeneres didn’t seem to be much of a baseball fan as this tweet points out, “I’ve got lots of love for the @Cubs and I’m so happy for the @Dodgers! I guess I have to start watching baseball now. #ThisTeam.”
Congratulations to the Dodgers and their fans, many who are big stars in Hollywood!
