The Artist 100 brought to us by Billboard has been released and we see another week of rocking dominating at the top. With the recent passing of Tom Petty, Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers sees itself at number one, getting a ton of listen and chatter because of the tragic death. To go along with them, we see Imagine Dragons at number two. They’ve released hit after hit in 2017 and always seem to be in the news in a positive manner. Rounding out the top three is Ed Sheeran.
There are a few new artists to the top 10 that you need to know about. Kane Brown, the country artist, reached number five after being at 57 last week. Sam Smith’s hit “Too Good at Goodbyes” has dominated the radio waves this week and now he sits at number seven. Lastly, NF was off the chart completely last week but now sits at number eight.
