The 2017 ‘Global Citizen Festival’ week continues this weekend in New York City, and Mumford and Sons has been added to the featured guests for the live Central Park concert tomorrow night, also featuring the Chainsmokers, Pharrell Williams, The Lumineers, Big Sean, Alessia Cara, Green Day and more.
The festival venue is one of the most popular in the entire world, the Great Lawn in Central Park. The doors for the live concert tomorrow afternoon open at 2 pm, tickets are priced between $350 to $1,400 for the VIP experience.
The objective and concept behind Global Citizen are advocacy for the extinction of poverty in our world, becoming a loud voice of reason aimed at our Global leaders. The concert is actually the final piece of many events that took place this week throughout New York, ranging from sessions, discussions, and other awareness events.
