The Hollywood Reporter posts some great charts and one of them is the Top TV Personalities chart. It takes a look at social media to determine the hottest men and women in this business and ranks them 1-10. This week we have ourselves no change at the top and so that means that Tyra Banks remains the number one TV personality.
