David Letterman retired from television not too long ago, but recent news says he’s coming back. This time he’ll be headed to Netflix though and not late night television.

Letterman will be hosting a show on the very popular streaming service that will be similar to his late night television show. It’ll be filled with guest appearances and discussions that have always led to entertainment.

As for the specifics of when we will see the show air and how many of them there will be, they’re looking at six shows airing in 2018. No other specifics have currently been announced.

David Letterman had quite the career on CBS, hosting for 33 years and winning Emmys and Peabodys along the way.
