The Artist 100 looks at the very best artists and bands at this current moment and to reach the top spot is quite the honor. It looks at all things like sales, radio play and social media activity to determine the very best in music. This week’s number one artist/band is Linkin Park. Unfortunately for their fans though this happened in part because of their front man’s death. Chester Bennington’s suicide caused us all to talk about the band and go back and listen to their old hits.
The band has been great about posting how fans can show their love for Bennington through memorials around the country. Linkin Park is number one this week and we love it. We just wish Chester Bennington could be here to enjoy it with them.
