On September 23, the Global Citizen Festival will be taking place and just recently they announced the headliners for it. Not surprisingly there are some big names that will be in attendance led by The Chainsmokers, Stevie Wonder and Green Day. It’s going to be plenty of fun with those three involved and if you’re a big rock fan then get excited because The Killers and The Lumineers will also be in attendance!
Those are your headliners, but more performers will be announced in the future. What we do know now is that artists like Big Sean, Alessia Cara, Andra Day and Pharrell are a few of those other performers for the time being.
The location for this one is New York City at the Central Park Great Lawn. What a cool it’ll event it’ll be. If you’ve never followed these festivals they’re for a great cause.
