Coldplay Performs Tribute at North American Opener

Coldplay just recently opened their North American tour in East Rutherford, N.J. and if you were in attendance you were lucky enough to see one very cool tribute. This one went out to Linkin Park front man Chester Bennington obviously, but during the performance Chris Martin talked about the song being dedicated to “anyone who’s missing someone.” What a standup move by the band.

Coldplay performed “Crawling” for their crowd and luckily for us all we can see it by clicking here! Martin and the guys had to restart the song after not nailing the first part of it, but hey we just love that they wanted to get it right in remembrance of someone so missed. This is one of those great times to have fans with their cameras out and taking videos.
