The Artist 100 chart analyzes things like sales, radio play and social media to put together the top 100 artists for the week and this week we have a brand new number one artist. It is none other than Jay Z who is reaping the benefits of a brand new album that everyone has loved, “4:44.” He went from off the chart to number one this week, an incredible accomplishment.
The top 10 is filled with huge names in the music industry like Ed Sheeran at number two, Bruno Mars at three, Kendrick Lamar at four and DJ Khaled at five. Seriously, it’s an impressive feat to hit number one like Jay Z did!
