Kerry Washington Reveals Her Workout Secrets

We already knew that Kerry Washington was a high level actress that we loved to watch on the big screen, but we did not know that she was skilled in yoga! After going on Ellen DeGeneres’ show the other day, we have found this out.

She came on the show and talked about her knowledge of martial arts and how she is a certified yoga trainer! We’re impressed that’s for sure. To go along with all of this, she disclosed that she was a big fan of water aerobics when she was pregnant.

Kerry Washington is an extremely talented actress and as we recently found out, is a total badass at the gym!
