Julia Roberts was recently in the news because of her show “Today Will Be Different” being picked up by HBO and now she’s back in the news again. This time it’s for her potentially becoming the star of the new series “Homecoming.”
This show is set to be a political drama where Roberts’ character would be a particular caseworker’s supervisor. This caseworker’s job takes place at a secret government facility, so of course things are going to get interesting.
“Homecoming” has a cast of David Schwimmer, Oscar Isaac and Catherine Keener as well as Roberts. In this day and age there’s nothing wrong with going from starring in a movie to a television show as we have seen now with Roberts as well as Hillary Swank and Penelope Cruz.
