Funeral Date Set for Chris Cornell

Chris Cornell is all the talk these days and unfortunately it’s not necessarily for the best of reasons. He committed suicide Wednesday, May 17 and his family members blame prescription drugs. Those beliefs are neither her nor there. All we know is we lost a good man and influence in the rock music industry.

It has been announced that his funeral will be on Friday in Los Angeles. The service will done at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery that day.

Cornell was known for his time during the grunge rock phase of music in the 90s as a part of Soundgarden. His impact on rock music will not be forgotten.
