Darius Rucker is the proud owner of many hit singles on the Country charts and just recently he got into the whiskey business. We had no idea, but this new whiskey is called Backstage Southern Whiskey and if it’s half as good as his music then it’s something worth trying.
The southeast is the first part of the country to get a taste of this liquor with his home state of South Carolina being the first to get it. If you live in Tennessee, Kentucky and Georgia then be on the look out for it.
This whiskey was created with the help of 843 and is 84.3-proof. No shocker there right!? Backstage Southern Whiskey is just the first of a few liquors Rucker is getting involved with. Rumor has it that he’ll be helping out to create a bourbon called Forbidden in the near future.
