Katy Perry has been nominated for a Grammy 13 times, from 2009 to 2015, and now it’s a running joke in the voting community. Not to worry, she’ll win a Grammy one day.
Brian McKnight has been nominated 16 times for a Grammy. Brian’s problem may be that he’s a personable, likable terrific non-controversial person, so the committee can’t remember who he is.
Nicki Minaj has been nominated six times without a win, it’s also hard to believe that great groups like Nickelback and En Vogue have received zero nominations over their careers.
