Britney Spears is close to winding up her ‘residency’ in Vegas, she’d been in concert for a while. That’s not the news however; the conservatorship set up for the purpose of protecting her finances, or having her father has control over her life, will continue indefinitely; so says recent legal determinations.
The arrangement was set up after her mental fall from grace in 2008 (remember that new hair cut she got?). After the video and court proceedings, her father was named conservator of her financial needs and estate.
Britney recently took the family to Hawaii for time away from the spotlight. After her vacation ends, she’ll have upcoming tour stops in Asia and Tel Aviv, and will return to the States in late summer.
