ESPN’s “Sunday NFL Countdown” is one of their best shows and sees plenty of eyes when it comes on every Sunday during the NFL season. With Chris Berman retiring from the hosting position, they were in need of a new host and they found one. Her name is Samantha Ponder and this one shouldn’t come as a surprise. Recently her name was rumored as a potential host and we’re extremely excited about this opportunity for her.
Previously Ponder was a member of College GameDay on ESPN as well as being an on-field reporter for them during the college football season. She is an amazingly talented female in the sports industry, being a great role model for young ladies out there looking to also get in the sports industry when they grow up.
