Green Day to Perform at Glastonbury?

Green Day has not been confirmed to perform at Glastonbury, but there were rumors out that this is the case come June. When the Foo Fighters announced they were going to be playing at this great festival the BBC ran a story that Green Day would also be performing. They then retracted and said the statement was made with no official sources confirming.

We certainly hope that originally article is not wrong as we would love to see them play June 21-25. Radiohead and the Foo Fighters are a great start to this year’s festival, but we do not know who will be joining these two.

Also mentioned in the original BBC article was Ed Sheeran as another performer.
