Tom Brady is the quarterback of the New England Patriots, the NFL Champion winning team from earlier this month. With his storied success and come from nothing career it should come as no surprise that Hollywood wants to make a movie about him.
News out of Deadline.com says that Eric Johnson and Paul Tamasy want to write about this story and make it a hit. These two have plenty of experience and have both been up for Oscars in their time.
The motivation for this one comes from the fact the Patriots made the greatest comeback in NFL Championship history, being down 25 points at one point against the Atlanta Falcons.
This movie should be a great one to see that isn’t going to be enjoyed by just sports fans. Brady’s past is filled with being underestimated, scandal because of Deflategate and an improbable comeback. Who doesn’t love story lines like those?
