This year’s Juno Award nominations have finally been released and there are a few rockers among them. They’re not all Canadian either! This Canadian award show happening April 2 does feature one international award and a favorite band of ours is listed as a possible winner.
Coldplay is up for the International Album award with their hit “A Head Full of Dreams.” They’ll be facing off against big names including RIhanna, Sia, Ariana Grande and One Direction.
The Canadian rock band that made waves this past year was The Strumbellas. These guys are up for multiple awards at this year’s award show including Best Single (Spirits), Group of the Year and Juno Fan Choice Award.
