Prologue: Notice the collaboration of music genres in 1975 – Country music was represented by Freddie Fender and Glen Campbell, while Folk/Rock powered the Eagles to the charts. Earth Wind & Fire brought that urban sound to life, while pop was represented by Elton, Neil Sedaka and Frankie Valli. Elton, EW&F, Bowie, Eagles, and Frankie Valli (by way of the Four Seasons) all made it to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
