3 Doors Down to Play at Inauguration and Their Fans React

Over the weekend it was announced that 3 Doors Down would be performing at the Make America Great Again! Welcome Celebration and the band’s fans have certainly voiced their opinion on the matter. The band’s website was immediately filled with negative comments.

As you might expect, in those comments were threats of boycott. Some said they would never buy their music again nor would they attend any more concerts. On Twitter the band has seen negative reactions with many users mocking them. It’s unfortunate to see fans react this way, but it’s not surprising. President elect Donald Trump’s inauguration has been a hot button topic for a while now.

The inauguration concert will be taking place January 19. Toby Keith was also announced as a performer over the weekend as well.
