Well there goes 2016! We hope you had a memorable and healthy 2016, and are excited about the upcoming year. As we look back, what were the most interesting moments musically this past year?
Bob Dylan won a Nobel Peace Prize for Literature, barely acknowledged it and then skipped the award ceremony.
In our opinion, Beyoncé, Drake, Rihanna, Guns N’ Roses, Justin Bieber, Adele, The Chainsmokers and Elle King had the biggest year in music.
2016 was a tough year for the stars we loved, given that we lost Prince, David Bowie, Glenn Frey and Leon Russell. We’re thrilled that their music will live on forever.
This year there were a few surprises like the 60s Monkees releasing a new album and Rob Schneider’s daughter, Elle King, becoming a star.
