Lil Wayne was lined up to perform on Saturday in Cuaracao, but canceled on his performance for reasons that seem to change depending on who you ask. TMZ is reporting that Wayne didn’t perform due to a breach of contract, while those who put the festival together are blaming it on his health.
Festival representatives are saying that Wayne had a seizure Friday while he was in Miami, yet nobody has heard of this happening nor is anyone willing to currently confirm that bit of news.
Some of those who performed in Cuaracao on Saturday included Rick Ross, Fat Joe, Meek Mill, French Montana and Yo Gotti.
We’ll be on the lookout to find the real reason why Wayne did not perform Saturday night and hope that health was not a part of the equation.
