Eddie Van Halen’s Compassionate Side

Eddie Van Halen recently has released a video in support of the Mr. Holland’s Opus Foundation, a charitable group that promotes music education in high schools across the country. Eddie is so passionate in this endeavor that he’s personally donated over 70 guitars to the charity.

Being a Van Halen fan is an easy thing to be, as it was in the 80s given the genuis of Eddie, our favorite guitar virtuoso. The guitar of Eddie and vocals of David Lee were unmistakable and very inviting. The problem may be however, that there are two kinds of Van Halen fans. There are David Lee Roth fans, and Sammy Hagar fans. Regardless of your preference, Van Halen is still out on tour and winding down its 2016 tour with the following tour stops…
