Week eight of the NFL season is here and you know what that means. We’re at about the halfway point of the season. We must take advantage of the season while we still can! Let’s get right to this week’s picks that I love…
At the quarterback position, it can be pretty tough to find someone that shouts stud, but one player that I’m really digging is Andy Dalton. He’s generated 20+ fantasy points in three straight games and will be at home in this one against the Redskins. Dalton is a super safe pick in this matchup.
At running back it’s hard not to love Jacquizz Rodgers at home against the Raiders. Oakland’s defense is bad against the run and the Bucs love handing the ball off to Rodgers. Doug Martin should be out again in this one and if so you can bet on Rodgers seeing 25+ touches in a prime matchup.
Mike Evans is a receiver I love against the Raiders, but looking at a team different than the Bucs, I really like is Randall Cobb. Cobb has seen 10+ targets in three straight games and we should be seeing a revamped Aaron Rodgers at quarterback throughout the rest of the season. Cobb should be able to add a third touchdown against the Falcons considering their best cornerback should see plenty of time covering Jordy Nelson.
