Kings of Leon’s First Number One Album

On October 14, Kings of Leon released their seventh album, this one titled “Walls.” You know what they say, seventh times a charm because the band has officially scored their first number one album of their careers with this one! It is number one on the Billboard 200 chart this week.

“Waste a Moment” is the lead single off of the album, which is currently a top 10 hit on the charts as well. This is the band’s seventh hit to reach the top 10 at one point in its career. Speaking of top 10 hits, this album is their fourth in a row to reach the top 10. Their previous albums include “Come Around Sundown,” “Only by the Night” and “Mechanical Bull.”

Twenty One Pilots, a previous chart topper for their many singles currently sits at number five this week.
