Vince Neil Avoids Jail Time

The Bobby Fuller Four Band had a hit song called “I Fought the Law” decades ago, but in Motley Crue lead singer Vince Neil’s case, it’s closer to reality than you might think.

This past April, you may have seen TMZ footage of a scuffle between Vince and a woman in a Las Vegas casino. The raw footage was made even more memorable, as actor Nicolas Cage broke up the incident. To avoid further legal action, Vince has agreed to a $1,000 fine and a six month informal probation sentence. Vince will also have to undergo impulse control counseling, which is much like anger management class.

Neil is still facing a lawsuit from the woman whom he allegedly assaulted, as we hear she will be seeking at least $150,000 in damages. The fracas occurred at the Aria Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas in April of 2016.
