We love weekends, not just because we’re off from work, but because of the football that we get to watch in the fall. There’s nothing better than sitting down and relaxing to some of the best teams in the country playing against each other on the field. Let’s recap who played who and the big winners of the weekend.
Saturday’s college football action was pretty entertaining with the biggest upset of the day probably coming from South Bend. The Duke Blue Devils knocked off Notre Dame after kicking a short field goal with a minute and change left in the game. Alabama, Michigan, Louisville and Houston were a few teams that won big on Saturday. Wisconsin beat Michigan State pretty bad, while LSU lost in a crazy last second affair against Auburn.
Sunday we saw plenty of great NFL action. Some of the big winners of the day were the Packers, Bills, Vikings, Bucs and Seahawks. What a surprise it was to see the Panthers and Cardinals lose, but Minnesota and Buffalo came to play on Sunday with the games not even being all that close come the fourth quarter.

This week’s box office results are out and The Magnificent Seven has topped the rankings for biggest numbers.
