Can you imagine that it’s been over 25 years since Nirvana released their hit album “Nevermind?” Well, the anniversary of it being released was celebrated over the weekend, as it was released Sept. 24 of 1991.

Many call this album one of the greatest of all time and we think that’s a fair claim without a doubt. It had huge hits on it like “Smells Like Teen Spirit,” “Lithium,” “Come as You Are” and “In Bloom” on it. “Nevermind” was the first album with Dave Grohl as the drummer and was the band’s second album release. It would sell 24 million records worldwide with over 10 million coming from the United States.
