There are three rock bands on the Mediabase Alternative chart this week that we consider “old school rockers.” Of course, we’re talking about Green Day, Blink-182 and the Red Hot Chili Peppers. These three bands have been around for what feels like forever. This week two of the three bands saw their songs move down in the charts or at least see a decrease in spins. On the positive side of things, Green Day’s recent release, “Bang Bang,” improved from seven to five! Let’s take a look at how everyone else did this week…

1. Twenty One Pilots – Heathens
2. Cage the Elephant – Trouble
3. Bishop Briggs – River
4. Bastille – Good Grief
5. Green Day – Bang Bang
6. Kaleo – Way Down We Go
7. Blink-182 – Bored to Death
8. Head and the Heart – All We Ever Knew
9. Phantogram – You Don’t Get Me High Anymore
10. Red Hot Chili Peppers – Dark Necessities
