Making a Murderer is one of the latest Netflix Series that has taken over our lives, demanding us binge watch the show because it was just so captivating. Not surprisingly it was nominated for six Emmy nominations this past Sunday and even less surprising is that it won four of those nominations!

The series showing the (possible) wrongful conviction of a Wisconsin man won the awards for Best Documentary or Nonfiction Series, Best Writing, Best Picture Editing for Nonfiction Program and Best Directing for Nonfiction Program.

Laura Riciardi and Moira Demos were the writers/directors of this wonderful Netflix series and were the ones who went on stage Sunday night to accept the awards the show won.

For those wondering if the show will continue on with more episodes following up on the case you will be quite happy. They are already working on more episodes!
