Dave Grohl has himself a creative mom and recently it has been announced that she would be releasing a book talking about what it’s like to raise a rock star. Yes, you heard us right! Dave’s mom is getting in on the action. The book is due out in April of next year and is titled “From Cradle to Stage: Stories from the Mothers Who Rocked and Raised Rock Stars.”
The book is all about what it’s like to raise a rock star and everything that comes along with it obviously. It’s not just about her experiences though. In what should turn out to be very cool, Virginia Grohl talked with the mothers of Dr Dre, Amy Winehouse, Adam Levine and Michael Stipe among a few others.
This book is going to be a pretty cool purchase and will contains photos we have yet to see from him in his earlier years. If there’s anyone that could show off what it’s like to raise a rocker it’s the mother of a member from the Foo Fighters and former Nirvana member that’s for sure!
