This song might be special to Beyonce because of her 2011 MTV Video Music Award performance. After performing this single at the show she would announce that she was pregnant, a truly shocking moment (in a great way) in award show history.
“Love On Top” wasn’t just loved by those in the United States. The single would reach the top five of seven charts with five of them coming from outside of the USA.
Critics love this single because of her voice and ability to incorporate four key changes throughout the song. Many have said that when she performs it in person it is even more impressive!
