Every now and then we get blessed with brand new music from our favorite artists without any warning. We love when this happens and just a few days ago we saw this happen from Nicki Minaj.
It was Saturday in the middle of the day when she dropped “The Pinkprint Freestyle.” This freestyle is six minutes of typical great Nicki rapping. She used the beat from M.I.A’s “Paper Planes” in the later parts of the freestyle, but the majority of the song is to Young M.A.’s “Ooouuu.”
This is the first time we’ve heard new music from Nicki since “The Pinkprint.” This album came out all the way back in 2014 and it was time we got to celebrate new music from her. You can listen to the song on SoundCloud here.
