This week’s top 10 chart for the active rock genre and it doesn’t disappoint us. We have ourselves a new song at each of the top six positions! The biggest change of all songs and artists involved in the top 10 is Metallica and their hit “Hardwired.” The song was at number 14 last week before moving all the way up to number three! While it didn’t land at the top spot, that is one amazing jump!

The new number one artist/song is “Take Me Down” from Pretty Reckless. It sat at number one last week and only has a minor lead in spins over Green Day’s “Bang Bang” which sits at number two.

Let’s take a look at the entire top 10 list this week…

1. Pretty Reckless – Take Me Down
2. Green Day – Bang Bang
3. Metallica – Hardwired
4. Pop Evil – Take It All
5. Red Hot Chili Peppers – Dark Necessities
6. Chevelle – Joyride (Omen)
7. 3 Doors Down – Still Alive
8. Prophets of Rage – Prophets of Rage
9. Blink-182 – Bored to Death
10. Korn – Rotting in Vain
