Remembering the Great Michael Jackson

Michael Jackson left us way too early, passing away on June 25 of 2009. It’s this week 58 years ago though that he was born and we want to celebrate that moment in time. If it weren’t for his birth, we would have missed out on one of the most inspirational and impactful artists ever.

Michael started with the Jackson 5, all members of his family and graduated to a solo career that could easily be considered second to none. How about his album, “Thriller,” which is considered the best-selling album of all time? That album sold about 65 million copies!

Can you imagine a world without some of his other albums? “Off the Wall,” “Bad,” Dangerous” and “HIStory” are also considered some of the greatest albums ever and they were all done by this one man.

He was more than an artist though. Like Prince and only a select few others, Michael Jackson was an entertainer. He was a performer. He was one of the greatest.
