One of the architects of modern country, its femme fatale or founder of sorts, has always been considered to be Dolly Parton. In over 40 years’ time, Dolly has won Grammys, CMA, CMT, Billboard and well, pretty much any award ever thought of.
From her Hollywood Star on the Walk of Fame, to Hall of Fames in general, there may never be another woman like her. Her latest album is called ‘Pure and Simple,’ and to support that effort, she’s back on tour this summer.
