The Red Hot Chili Peppers have been around for a hot minute, but they’re continuing to release music and that we found out on Tuesday. That day they tweeted out something very simple and straight to the point that tells us this. Tuesday morning the band sent out a tweet that said “New song Thursday.”
And with that, we should expect new music to come out from them on Thursday! The song is called “Dark Necessities” and will be interesting because it comes off the first album that producer Rick Rubin hasn’t worked with them on in 25 years. Nigel Godrich and Danger Mouse are handling the producing this time around.
We should expect the Red Hot Chili Peppers’ new album to come out easily by the end of this year and most likely during the summer.
