Everyone knows Doris Roberts for some reason or another. Most know her because of her work on Everybody Loves Raymond where she played a witty and sometimes annoying mother on the show.

It is unfortunate to report that she passed on Sunday, April 17. In 1952, she started her acting career when she appeared in the show “Studio One” and the rest was history as they say.

Other work that Doris was in included “Remington Steele” and “Grandma’s Boy” among many other shows and movies. She won many awards and touched many lives during her time as an actress and will be greatly missed.
