The Billboard Music Award nominations went out earlier this week and there were many big names that received numerous nominations. Silento was one artist that didn’t receive double-digit nominations, but he did receive five! This brand new artist in the game had himself one heck of a first year.
It’s hard to pinpoint which award Silento likely wants to win the most because he’s nominated for some very good ones. For starters, he’s nominated for Top New Artist and has a good shot at winning even though fellow rappers Bryson Tiller and Fetty Wap are also up for the award.
It’s no surprise that he’s up for Top Rap Artist this year with the way people received his monster hit, “Watch Me.” He’s also up for Top Rap Song. We think that award is where he likely wins of all five nominations. Top Streaming Songs Artist and Top Streaming Song (Video) are his other two nominations.
The BBMAs will be going down on May 22 in Las Vegas.
