Facebook has recently announced via blog post that they have developed a new tool for their users that allows them to interact with broadcasts that are being shown live.

The quest for live video features on their site is finally here after a rumored failed attempt at purchasing Snapchat for $3 billion. This gets this social media site in the door of live video after Twitter has done so in the past by purchasing Periscope and Vine.
