Plenty of action happened over the weekend and we’re here to bring it all to one place. In these headlines we have award winners and surprise albums. It was quite an eventful weekend, so let’s get right to it.
Silento is a part of three nominations for the 2016 Radio Disney Music Awards. He’s up for the Song of the Year, Best Song to Lip Sync to, and Best Song to Dance to. Two of those three awards are for his song “Watch Me (Whip/Nae Nae).” This should come as no surprise to any of us.
What was a surprise was Kendrick Lamar’s surprise album that he dropped on Friday. It’s called “Untitled Unmastered” and it shocked us all. It has eight tracks and features work that was created in 2013 and 2014.
