While in Philadelphia earlier this week, not only did Carrie Underwood rock out at her concert, but she helped made a family’s year. She surprised the Martin family and surprised them not only with a meet-and-greet, but with a free cruise as well.
Carrie will be performing on the Carnival Cruise Lines this fall and has given John, Cara, and their two children a chance to see her perform on the cruise with free cruise tickets. Carnival has teamed up with Operation Homefront to put on this special type of event for John and other military members.
John Martin has been to Iraq and Afghanistan a total of three times over the last 10 years and is more than deserving of a surprise like this. Way to go Carrie, and John of course.
