Shaking It Up

The Alabama Shakes came into the 58th Annual Grammy Awards with four nominations, but we’re not sure many thought they’d be celebrated as much as they were during the show. The band came away with three awards!

Their wins include Best Rock Performance (Don’t Wanna Fight), Best Rock Song (Don’t Wanna Fight), and Best Alternative Album (Sound & Color), clearly proving to be the best rockers of the past year. The one award they didn’t win was the Album of the Year, which went to Taylor Swift (no surprise there).

The band came away big winners, showing the world that they’re on top of it in the rock game.

The other big winners of the night included Kendrick Lamar (five Grammys) and Taylor Swift (three Grammys).
