Seether’s Rise Above Fest

Seether has announced a great lineup for the Fourth Annual Rise Above Fest. Big names involved with the event include Altar Bridge, Disturbed, Beartooth, and Volbeat. They will be rocking out for a great cause, another big reason to want to attend the event on Aug. 6.

If you buy a ticket for this Bangor, Maine event, which occurs at Darling’s Waterfront Pavilion, then you’ll see some of those proceeds go towards suicide prevention and mental health awareness. It’s great to see these rockers have a soft side!

Other bands performing include Killswitch Engage, I Prevail, We Came As Romans, Hatebreed, and Memphis May Fire.

Previous Rise Above Fests have raised over $100,000, with almost $60,000 of that coming from last year’s event.
