Tuesday Night NBA: Heat, Grizzlies, Suns Lead Their Series

Tuesday night was another exciting night in the NBA playoffs.

The Miami Heat defeated the Atlanta Hawks, 97-94, as the Heat confidently win the series, 4-1. Miami now gets a few days off to rest before facing their round-two opponent, as the Heat appear to be one of the most well-balanced teams in the NBA.

The Memphis Grizzlies also won their Tuesday night matchup against the Minnesota Timberwolves, 111-109. The tightly contested game was thrilling throughout each quarter, and now the Grizzlies hold a 3-2 lead in the series with the Timberwolves. Ja Morant was a star for Memphis yet again, as he scored 30 points last night, as well as grabbed 13 rebounds and 9 assists.

The Phoenix Suns took a 3-2 lead over the New Orleans Pelicans last night, in their 112-97 victory. Chris Paul led the Suns to victory with an impressive evening, as he scored 22 points and dished out 11 powerful assists. The Suns will look to take game six to move onto the next round.
