Kendrick Lamar Finally Announces Fifth Album “Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers”

Kendrick Lamar has officially announced his highly-anticipated fifth album, titled Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers, which is set to release on May 13.

In response to a tweet that read, “Kendrick Lamar is officially retired,” the rapper posted the link to his website. Upon clicking the link, fans and followers were met with a statement from Lamar’s pgLang company.

“The following statement was released today by oklama, through his company, pgLang at 11:00am PT in Los Angeles, CA,” it read, along with the album’s official title and release date. “All factual information for this release will come directly from this source only.”

Mr. Morale & The Big Steppers will follow Lamar’s Pulitzer Prize-winning album DAMN., which was released five years ago.
